What are the types of industrial robot sensors?

robotThere are five main types of sensors:
(1) Photosensitive sensor
The photosensitive sensor is composed of two photoresistors located directly in front of the robot, and its resistance is affected by the intensity of the light shining on it. The resistance value of the photoresistor used by the PowerStorm intelligent robot is hundreds of thousands of ohms in a very dark environment, several thousand ohms under indoor lighting, and tens of ohms under sunlight or strong light.
(2) Infrared sensor
The infrared sensor of the robot consists of two devices: an infrared transmitting tube and an infrared receiving tube. The infrared receiving tube is located in front of the robot, and the two infrared transmitting tubes are located on both sides of the infrared receiving tube. The infrared emitting tube can emit infrared rays, and the infrared rays are reflected back after encountering obstacles. After the infrared receiving tubes receive the reflected infrared rays, they are sent to the CPU through A/D conversion for processing. Can the robot’s infrared sensor see 10cm ahead? 80cm, 210mm x 150mm large obstacle within 90° range.
(3) Collision sensor
Collision sensor is a sensor that enables Capability Storm intelligent robot to perceive the collision information on the collision ring. There are 4 collision switches (normally open) on the left front, right front, left rear and right rear of the SmartStorm intelligent robot, which together with the collision ring constitute a collision sensor. The collision ring is flexibly connected with the chassis, and after being subjected to force, it produces relative displacement with the chassis, and triggers the corresponding collision switch fixed on the chassis to close it.
(4) Microphone
The microphone on the Capability Storm intelligent robot is a sound sensor that can identify the loudness of the sound. The sound frequency range that the robot’s “ear” can hear is roughly the same as the range that humans can hear, about 16Hz? 20000HzmechanicalWave. After hearing your voice commands, the intelligent robot will act according to your instructions (inputted by the program in advance).
(5) Photoelectric encoder sensor
The photoelectric encoder is a sensor that can transmit position information, which consists of a photoelectric encoding module and a code disc. The photoelectric encoder is mainly used as a feedback signal for control. The optocoupler determines the distance by measuring the rotation angle of the code disc that rotates with the wheel shaft to obtain the number of turns the wheel rotates.
